FIFTH SPACE acquires the historic Power Station site on San Francisco’s Central Waterfront, marking the beginning of a mixed-use reimagining of Dogpatch.

The San Francisco Planning Commission votes unanimously to certify Power Station’s Environmental Impact Report and adopt resolutions recommending approval by the Board of Supervisors.

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors votes unanimously to approve the Power Station project, totaling 46 unanimous approvals over 2 years.

To pave the way for future development, the team began demolition of select industrial structures and the relocation/removal of existing utilities across the site.
